Captain Kirk had the Moves!
There's an article from the other day on io9.com entitled The 10 Most Explosively Masculine Captain Kirk Battle Techniques. It's got names for each of the moves and has linked to videos of each of them. Study them carefully and maybe one day you, too, will command a starship!
